Beginner handstand workshop with handstand coach Max Molewijk – Learn what it means to go from 0 to balancing on your hands without a wall.
In the workshop we will cover everything you need to know to be able to hold a freestanding handstand such as:
– How to correctly use a wall.
– How to get rid of fear upside down.
– How to properly train for a handstand, and what not to do.
– Common misconceptions. You will learn what actually matters.
We will cover a lot more and there will be more than enough time to answer any questions you might have. At the end of the workshop there is also room for free training.
Q&A:
Q: Help! This is the first time I try training for a handstand, can I keep up for 3 hours?
A: Most of the workshop will be spend explaining the theory and proper technique of a handstand. You will for sure feel sore the next day, but my goal is to provide you with as much information as possible. You won’t just be commanded to do exercises for three hours.
Q: I can already do a handstand? What’s in it for me?
A: That depends on your knowledge and skill. Apart from everything mentioned above we will also cover how to continue your training once you can stand freestanding. We will also go over intermediate skills such as handstand shapes. Unless your technique is perfect you will probably learn something new here.
