This workshop is for those Curious about the Ashtanga Yoga Method and benefits, Beginning Practitioners, and Yogi’s who are interesting in break down the postures and work more effectively.
In this workshop we will dive into the principles of the Ashtanga Yoga Method as a practice that you can embrace according to your daily life and routines.
You will learn about the structure of the Method and gain a sense of gratitude through the Opening Mantra, Meditation in movement, linking breathe, focus, and body, and the different ways we can access to this practice since a place of healing and wellness and health benefits.
